Program Description
Market Performance Group, LLC uses text messaging for one-to-one business communications with employees, partners, and customers. Messages may include operational updates, meeting coordination, service notifications, and general business correspondence. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional campaigns.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on conversation. SMS messages are sent only in connection with active communication between you and a Retail Insights representative.

Costs
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number to a MPG representative or by initiating communication with us via SMS, you consent to receive text messages from Market Performance Group, LLC.

Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you reinitiate communication.
