Rhonda has more than 25 years' experience in CPG and OTC Healthcare, and significant expertise in customer engagement, strategic account management, customer solutions, and category and shopper strategy. At MPG, Rhonda applies best practice learnings to help clients be smarter about how they go-to-market and improve how they engage and collaborate with retail customers.

Prior to joining MPG, Rhonda served as Chief Customer Officer, U.S. Region, of Merck Consumer Care, leading strategic account management, field and broker management, customer solutions, category and shopper strategy, sales administration, and operations. She also led the global capabilities team, setting strategy and aligning priorities around talent management initiatives across MCC commercial sales and marketing organizations.

Her previous experience includes VP of Sales at McNeil Nutritionals, and a number of leadership positions for J&J, including service on U.S. operating and global management boards.

Rhonda holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from the State University of New York and is a graduate of Dartmouth College’s Smith-Tuck Global Leaders Program for Women and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School Executive Leadership Program. She currently serves as Chair Elect on the Executive Committee Board of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and on the Advisory Board of NACDS.
